ABOUT ME

I have always been passionate about the arts—I love painting, discovering new music, going to museums, seeing live theatre, and engaging in local art events!

At the University of Utah, I decided to major in English because I realized that I wanted to continue my love of reading and learning about historical works of literature. Previously, I interned with Alliance for a Better Utah, and from this internship, I wrote an op-ed in the Salt Lake Tribune—and this experience sparked my love of writing. 

Since then, I have pursued every writing path that has come my way, including writing blog posts for the Bennion Center, and working for Her Campus Utah, the Daily Utah Chronicle, and Salt Lily Magazine. 

In the long run, I hope to continue my work as a writer or editor who specializes in the arts, particularly with an emphasis in music.
